Frequently Asked Questions

What is pressure washing?

Pressure washing is the growing application of high pressure water spray. Produced by specially designed pumps, this spray is a hundred times more powerful than the typical garden hose. On concrete it is used to remove unsightly mould and other dirt stains. Wooden decks are returned to the look of new wood, void of greying and fatigued finishes. And on houses, the appearance is greatly improved by removing pollution, mildew, and other signs of neglect.

Do we use bleach with pressure washer?

NO! Bleach would damage the parts of the pressure washer. We use specialised chemicals to product a great result.

Will pressure washing clean mould from my house?

Our cleaning process will wash away mould and mildew.

What do I need to do with my furniture and plants?

When we are cleaning driveways, paths and the exterior of your house we will need clear access. Furniture and plants will need to be moved or covered up. Our Franchisees will have some plastic and traps but your help will make the job more efficient.

Do we clean roofs?

No. Our insurers will not cover us for roof cleaning so therefore we don’t offer this service.

Can we remove graffiti?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this as there are many aspects associated with the graffiti like the porosity surface and type of paint used.

Can you remove all stains on hard surfaces?

Sometimes a stain, or discolouration, takes place and can be near impossible to remove. Other times stains can penetrate the surface so deeply that they too are difficult to remove without removing layers of the material or surface.  Stubborn stains are treated with appropriate chemicals to loosen the stain and then pressure washed.  This usually does the trick but there are no guarantees.
